The state of Oklahoma embarked on phase three of Gov. Stitt’s approach, known as Open Up and Recover Safely (OURS), to reopen the state and get the economy moving once again on June 1.

When the pandemic hit, the Oklahoma REALTORS® immediately began conducting virtual tours, stopping open houses and showings unless absolutely necessary, marketing via Facebook Live and using Zoom to have meetings.

“In order to move homeownership forward, we will continue practicing these precautionary measures, including social distancing, to keep the health and safety of homebuyers and sellers a priority,” Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® (OAR) CEO Jessica Hickok said.
