If the chaos of holiday preparations is beginning to consume you, take some time out to decrease your stress. Here are three tips for reducing holiday blues.

• Pamper yourself. Visit a local spa and unwind with a massage or facial, or you could stop by your favorite nail salon for a mani and pedi.

• Hit the gym. Blow off some steam while burning calories. Don’t have a membership to a local gym? Take a stroll or bike around your neighborhood instead.

• Go see a show. Purchase a ticket to a play or ballet.
