This Giving Tuesday, give back to Oklahoma history by helping Preservation Oklahoma identify our state’s threatened historic resources.
Oklahoma’s Most Endangered Historic Places, patterned after the National Trust for Historic Preservation list, focuses public attention on our state’s historic structures in danger of being lost due to neglect, poor maintenance, obsolescence or other causes. While the listing does not guarantee funding, the designation has been a powerful tool to help raise awareness about endangered places.
Nominations are solicited annually from the public and are now open. Help Preservation Oklahoma maintain our state’s history by making a nomination before Dec. 1.
