Tulsa’s Take 2: A Resonance Café works to keep women out of prison, providing them with the resources and support they need to get their lives back on track.
With Oklahoma having the highest female incarceration rate, Take 2 provides an opportunity for incarcerated women to be successful immediately upon release. The restaurant aims to address the three hardest issues women face when released from prison: finding a job, safe housing and transportation.
The restaurant will operate from 10:30 AM – 3 PM Monday through Friday and will provide work training and coaching as well as preparation for future employment.
