Bunny Pancakes
Pancakes on holidays are a tradition at my house. So, pull out the premade mix or make the batter from scratch following your grandma’s recipe, and make these shapes to create a bunny:
• One large pancake for the body.
• One medium-size pancake for the head.
• Two long ovals for the ears.
• Two small circles for the feet.
Now, add your favorite toppings to make it look like a bunny!
For this recipe, you’ll press hash browns into greased muffin cups, bake until golden then add your eggs and cheese and top with parsley.
