Visit Greenleaf State Park in Oklahoma’s eastern foothills

by The 100 Companies

Seasonal fall temperatures can offer the best opportunities to hike in some of Oklahoma’s many state parks, including Greenleaf, in Braggs, east of Tulsa.

In addition to its beautiful lake, allowing motorized fishing boats (not jet skis), the park also provides a pond for children under the age of 16 to fish without a charge or permit.

With a splash pad, a miniature golf course and scenic nature hiking trails, you’ll find lots of fun for the family. A highlight is the lake cabins built in the 1930s by the Works Progress Administration. Note: the swinging bridge is under repair.
