Hal Smith Restaurants are celebrating the giving season this year. When guests purchase a $50 gift card in person at The Garage Burgers and Beer, Pub W, Notorious P.I.E and The Winston during the holiday season, they’ll receive a $10 bonus certificate with purchase.
