Trot off that Thanksgiving feast at the 2019 Tulsa Turkey Trot in downtown Tulsa on Friday, Nov. 29. Lace up your running shoes, and choose between a 5K race or a timed 1-mile Fun Run. Proceeds benefit the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless, a nonprofit dedicated to providing the full spectrum of services needed to overcome homelessness.
The 5K race starts at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Fun Run, which starts at 9:40 a.m. Participants can register online or the morning of the race starting at 7:30 a.m. All runners who finish receive a special edition medal.
