Do you have a second-grader who loves to read? The Tulsa City-County Library, as part of its Books To Treasure program, will be hosting a public presentation with Shadra Strickland, illustrator of “Please, Louise,” on Friday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. The event will take place at the Hardesty Regional Library.
All second-graders will receive a copy of “Please, Louise” at the presentation and will be able to register for their own library cards. These cards will showcase artwork from the book “Please, Louise,” which tells the story of a young girl’s adventure to the library.
