Before working from home became commonplace, Tulsa, Oklahoma, was ahead of the trend with the Tulsa Remote program that launched in late 2018. The program offers $10,000 in cash, among other perks, to eligible remote workers that relocate to Tulsa.

Created to enhance Tulsa’s workforce community, the program brings diverse and driven individuals to the city offering a tight-knit community with world-class music, theatre, sports venues and park systems. Tulsa also has an exceptionally low cost of living, 43% below the national average.

Amid the pandemic, the program has grown drastically, welcoming nearly 1,200 members to Tulsa since its inception.
