Kesem at the University of Oklahoma, the only chapter in the state, provides year-round support to children who have been affected by a parent’s cancer.
Through a flagship program called Camp Kesem, children are provided with opportunities to surround themselves with peers who understand what they have been through and have the chance to just be kids.
This year, Kesem wants to extend support to 120 children. Donations made to Kesem at OU on Giving Tuesday will be exempt from the online donation processing fee. All donations made will directly support programming and the distribution of resources to children.
