Crystal Craig, manager at Family Video on 31st St. in Tulsa, continues to welcome customers with a friendly smile. Craig believes in-person interaction allows her to assist customers in finding exactly what they want.

When Blockbuster closed almost all locations in 2013, it was shocking, but Keith Hoogland, Family Video president, said, “They went out of business because of their business models.” Hoogland understands customers still crave the experience and instant connection through American movie culture.
