On August 25, the Margaritaville Casino opened its doors to the public. The casino itself will employ between 1,000 and 1,200 people.
The casino is expected to have a $135 million economic impact on the Tulsa region. The three-year project cost approximately $365 million and was built by Manhattan Construction & Redstone Construction, with Program Management Group as the owner’s representative.
The resort will open in December and will also include a spa. Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Paradise Cove are expected to open in January. All together, the Margaritaville Casino and Resort will employ more than 2,000.
