The Nov. 6 ballot will have five state questions:
SQ 793
Allows optometrists and opticians to operate in retail establishments such as Target or Walmart.
SQ 794, “Marsy’s Law”
Expands the constitutional rights of crime victims.
SQ 798
Joint ticket for the election of Governor and Lt. Governor.
SQ 800, “Vision Fund”
Creates a fund to support the operation of state government. The fund would receive five percent of the production tax on oil and gas.
SQ 801
Allows certain property taxes to fund school operations.
If you don’t vote, others will be making decisions for you and your family.
