Torchy’s Tacos, a Texas staple since 2006, opened its first restaurant in Oklahoma this summer. Torchy’s is located in Norman and has been packed since opening its doors in June. Here are three tasty tacos to check out:
1. Monk Special — A classic mix of eggs, bacon, cheese and green chiles make this breakfast taco simple, but delicious.
2. Trailer Park — Fried chicken, lettuce, pico de gallo, green chiles and cheese make one of Torchy’s best tacos. Get it “Trashy” and replace the lettuce with queso.
3. Brushfire — Jamaican jerk chicken, grilled jalapenos, mango, cilantro and sour cream. Very spicy – proceed with caution.
